OSCE trains the heads of the border outposts on border patrol and surveillance techniques.

From 6 to 17 April 2026, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe organized a comprehensive two-week training course on border patrol and surveillance techniques for Heads of border outposts. Held at the Tajikistan Border Troops (TBT) Training Centre “Poytakht”, the programme brought together 20 TBT officers stationed at various border outposts.

From 14 to 19 April 2026, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe supported the Specialized Search and Rescue (SAR) service of the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defence under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (CoESCD) in conducting a one-week training course on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) operations during emergencies.
