Young women from Tajikistan and Afghanistan explore leadership, diplomacy and peace through OSCE course

From 5 to 9 October 2026, the OSCE held the second edition of its Advanced Course on Diplomacy, Leadership and Peace for Young Women in Dushanbe, fostering collaboration among 20 young women from Tajikistan and Afghanistan to strengthen their leadership skills and prepare them to contribute to diplomacy and peacebuilding.

On 29 and 30 September 2026, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe, in co-operation with the Action against Terrorism Unit of the OSCE Secretariat’s Transnational Threats Department, conducted a two-day learning course in Dushanbe on the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI).
