The eighth Preparatory Human Dimension Implementation Meeting provides a unique opportunity for government and civil society to engage in dialogue about current human rights issues in Tajikistan. The dialogue will continue in Warsaw in September and October during the annual Human Dimension Implementation Meeting organized by OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
