Участники семинара переправляются через горную бурную реку Варзоб, которая протекая по территории города Душанбе, далее впадает в реку Кафирниган - приток реки Амударья, являющейся одной из главных рек водного бассейна Центральной Азии, 5 октября 2016 года.
